Apricus Eco reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Apricus Eco, but paid for, will receive a full refund.

The information, prices and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice. If there are any changes after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Pricing
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax – if the GST rate changes, we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
By placing an order on this SITE, you agree to, and accept the terms and price specified on this website (SITE). This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Apricus Eco for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.
Availability & Backorder
All orders are subject to the availability of those products which at most times are held in stock in New Zealand. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavor to notify the non-availability on our online shop. However, you can continue to order Products on our SITE when there is no stock (backorder), we will notify you of the relevant back ordered products and the anticipated delivery date once your order has been received. If we reject an order placed through the SITE, then we will endeavor to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
Placing Orders & Payments
Age at Time of Purchase – To purchase from this SITE, you must be sixteen (16) years of age or over.
Purchasing on behalf – If you are purchasing on this SITE on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Correct Order Details – Please double check your delivery address is correct before placing your order as orders lost due to incorrect address details will be at your own expense.
Online Payments – All payments should be made by Direct Deposit to Finite Planet.

Delivery Times
If we believe that your order will take longer than our standard delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delay.
You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.
Shipping
We do our best to get shipping costs right at checkout, but due to the large size of many of our products, these costs can be difficult to estimate accurately. In some cases, the final shipping price may change after purchase — if this happens, we’ll be in touch to confirm any adjustments.
Please note: We do not deliver to rural addresses because of product size and freight limitations.
If you live rurally, you can opt to:
Ship to a manned trade premises (such as a business or store you know), or
Arrange collection from your nearest Mainfreight depot.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped, and we reserve the right to levy a charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Fraud Protection Program
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or Customer Services may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Risk
Apricus Eco will retain ownership of the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch from Apricus Eco Dispatch Facility.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Finite Planet Limited and its SITE Apricus Eco will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person. Finite Planet Limited and its SITE Apricus Eco is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
Returns Policy for Website Purchases
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order.
If the need arises, you are welcome to return the item if it is unused, in its original saleable condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase based on the following detailed terms:
returned within 20 days of order;
not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
not damaged in any way.
Products will need to be returned to Finite Planet Limited trading as Apricus Eco. Please contact us first via email info@ecohotwater.co.nz so that we can advise you of a suitable return address.
Once we have received the returned goods and ascertained that they, and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges and any discounts received at the time of purchase.
Any costs you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Transport costs are generally non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error. When an error has been made on our part and the product you received is not as expected please notify us to discuss covering your transport costs.
Warranty Claims
Each of our products and its components has its own specified warranty and warranty period. Warranty claims should be made to info@ecohotwater.co.nz.
All freight incurred for any warranty claims or warranty returns are payable by customer. It is normal business practice that goods be returned to place of purchase. If the claim is a warranty issue, then you will not have to pay the freight for the repaired or replaced goods to be returned back to you. There are no exceptions to this proviso.

We take security seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We use secure servers, and industry-standard data encryption whenever we are receiving or transferring your information online. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.
