An authorisation to submit on behalf of the property owner
A specific engineer’s design PS1 and supporting calculations for seismic restraint.
For concrete less than 60mm
Certificate of Title that is less than 3mths old.

Site safety plan

The installation is being undertaken on a private site. All work to be covered by installer’s health and safety plan in accordance with current WorkSafe requirements.

Required Plans - PL

For Retrofits – Supply to council a floorplan.
Floor plan showing all rooms labelled, location of boiler, openings, means of escape and smoke alarms, street address and legal description – This needs to be to scale with crisp clean legible lines and dimensions.
For non standard roof – Supply to council roof detail for flue
Cross section through roof showing ceiling flat or sloping, roofing material and flashing (photos ok) OR Flue penetration detail (wall penetration if flue penetrates through wall)
